2023 W2 Form Now Available
Please be advised that your 2023 Form W-2 is now available. Crowley ISD is providing access to your Form W-2 via the Employee Access Center where you can print your own copy. It is the responsibility of each employee to utilize the Employee Access Center to obtain your Form W-2.
Employee Access Instructions:1. Go to the Crowley ISD Homepage at www.crowleyisdtx.org
2. Click “Staff” in the upper right-hand corner
3. Click the “Employees Link Directory” tab located on the top right side of the page under QUICK LINKS
4. Look under the letter “E” and click “Employee Access Center”
Instructions for Skyward
1. Login with your username and password
2. Click the “Employee Information” tab at the top left of the page
3. Click “W2 Information”
4. Click “View W2 Form” on the right side of the page
5. Enter your full Social Security Number (no dashes) to confirm authorization
6. The PDF form will pop up in the right-hand corner of your screen.
7. Click on the “2023 W2 PDF” file to open.
8. Once open, you can print.The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires that all employers provide access to Form W-2 for all employees. The IRS approved the distribution of Form W-2 in electronic form in lieu of a paper hard copy.

Please be advised your 1095-C Form (Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage) will be mailed to your home address.

Employee Health Care Clinics
Crowley ISD employees and eligible dependents have access to the Employee Health Care clinic managed by Texas Health Physicians Group at two different locations.
For a minimal, out-of-pocket fee of $10 per visit, eligible employees and their dependents will be able to visit the clinics for a wide variety of common "in-scope" clinical services, such as treating sinus infections or colds, among many other ailments. -
Teacher Incentive Allotment Survey and Resources
Crowley ISD is undergoing the planning phase of the Teacher Incentive Allotment and needs input from teachers and staff.

HR Hot Topics - Limitations on Discretionary Leave
Per the Employee Handbook, discretionary personal leave may not be taken for more than three consecutive days and shall not be allowed for campus personnel who hold an instructional position when it affects the following listed below *:
1. The last working day before a school holiday
2. The first working day after a school holiday
3. The first day of school
4. The last day of school
5. A staff development day, teacher workday or early release day
6. A day scheduled for end-of-class or end-of-year semester exams. Any day the campus is affected by state-mandated assessments or District-required tests.
* Local and/or state days may not be used to compensate for absences outlined above.
