  • Annual Open Enrollment will be held from July 17, 2023 through August 11, 2023.

    Important Open Enrollment Information
    Crowley ISD is offering TRS ActiveCare.
    • Be sure to check your Crowley ISD email, including SPAM, for Open Enrollment communication.
    • All employees must ENROLL or DECLINE Crowley ISD Health Insurance.
    • All employees must enter their dependent/spouse information - even if declining - to have access to the CISD Employee Health Clinic.

    Enrollment can be completed ONLINE through the Benefits Hub.

    PIN: Four digit birth year followed by the last four digits of SSN
