22 Crowley ISD student-athletes have now signed their National Letters of Intent to play football, volleyball and softball at various colleges and universities in 2022.
Overall, the class will be scattered across six different states next fall. States represented throughout both signing periods include: Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
Wednesday's National Signing Day is the second period a high school senior can sign a binding Letter of Intent for college football. Although there are numerous signing periods for college sports, football, which also offers a December signing period, is the most followed. A letter of intent is binding for both the player and school for one academic year as long as the player is eligible to enroll at the college.
