Annual Open Enrollment

In Crowley ISD, annual open enrollment for employees is from July 14-Aug. 8, 2025. 


Important Open Enrollment Information
Crowley ISD is offering TRS ActiveCare.S

CISD contributes the following each month to employees participating in a medical plan:

  • $225 per month for Administrators & Professional employees
  • $375 per month for Paraprofessionals Pay Grade 1-8  andAuxiliary Pay Grades 1 & 2 
  • Be sure to check your Crowley ISD email, including SPAM, for Open Enrollment communication.
  • All employees must ENROLL or DECLINE Crowley ISD Health Insurance. NOT ALL products will rollover. 

    Enrollment can be completed ONLINE through the Benefits Hub.

    Step 2: Enter last name, date of birth and last four of social security number

Location: Crowley ISD Multi-Purpose Stadium, Community Room in South End Zone
