Vision 2030 Strategic Plan

Vision 2030 is Crowley ISD's strategic plan for the future. Developed with input from students, parents, staff and community members, a design team consisting of more than 30 district stakeholders designed this five-year plan that includes our beliefs, learner outcomes and four specific goals for Crowley ISD.

Call to Action
All Crowley ISD students will be equipped with social, emotional, academic and life skills to thrive as responsible and ethical citizens in a diverse, evolving and global society. 

We Believe:

  • A high-quality public education is a human right and is an equalizer for all students.

  • District transparency at all levels leads to community support and respect.

  • All students deserve a voice and choice in their learning because they learn in unique ways.

  • In meaningful relationships in the student learning community.

  • In educating the whole child beyond the core academics.

  • In building capacity in educators and staff to ensure all students have a meaningful and well-rounded learning experience.

Goal 1: Thriving Students
All Crowley ISD students will be equipped with the skills and experiences to thrive today and in the future.

  • Provide a variety of learning and real-world experiences that enhance academic achievement for success after graduation. (Year 2 goal)
  • Ensure equitable access to district-aligned curriculum, instructional systems, resources and experiences for all learners. (Year 1 goal)
  • Graduate college, career, military and future ready students. (Year 1 goal)


Goal 2: Engaged Community 
Crowley ISD will partner with families and the community to meet the needs of all students and staff. 

  • Create opportunities for students, families and community members to engage and learn together. (Year 2 goal)
  • Continuously seek and maintain meaningful partnerships with community members and organizations to enhance the learning experience. (Year 3 and beyond goal)
  • Engage in consistent, current and interactive communication that meets the needs of our diverse community. (Year 3 and beyond goal)
  • Identify campus liaisons and support them in creating and maintaining relationships with families, community members and organizations. (Year 3 and beyond goal) 
  • Ensure financial responsibility and transparency with fidelity to the district's vision. (Year 1 goal)  

Goal 3: Empowered Staff
Crowley ISD will empower all staff to meet the diverse needs of all students.

  • Evaluate and enhance current professional development. (Year 2 goal)
  • Implement a comprehensive, differentiated program of learning opportunities for all staff. (Year 3 and beyond goal) 
  • Enhance professional skills to foster a positive impact across the district. (Year 3 and beyond goal)

Goal 4: Safe and Healthy Environment
Crowley ISD will prioritize the wellness of all students and staff.

  • Ensure all students experience a safe, secure and nurturing school environment. (Year 1 goal)
  • Ensure all students have access to highly-trained professionals who can foster social and emotional development. (Year 3 and beyond goal)
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming and engaging environment that fosters a sense of community among our families and staff. (Year 3 and beyond goal)
