    CHILD CARE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (CCMS)
The Crowley ISD Employee Child Development Center now accepts child care subsidies also known as Child Care Management Services (CCMS).

    What is CCMS?
CCMS provides subsidized child care, an essential employment support service for families in Tarrant County. This program helps parents who need assistance with paying for child care to maintain employment, education and workforce training. Most CCMS clients are required to contribute to the cost of child care, with their fees being a percentage of the family’s monthly gross income.

To Apply or Ask More Questions:
    • Call CCMS at 817-831-0374 to apply over the phone or in person.

    • If you are eligible but no funds are available at the time, CCMS will put you name on a waiting list. You will be required to update your eligibility information every 60 days to remain on the list.

    • If you are on the CHOICES program, or you receive TANF benefits, contact you local career center at 817-413-4000 and speak to a career counselor about child care services.

Parents or grandparents that have been awarded CCMS and work for Crowely ISD can reach out to Shawneequa Blount to learn how to proceed with registration for child care at the Employee CDC.

The Employee CDC cannot award CCMS and could not facilitate the approval of such funds.  These funds are managed through the Texas Workforce Commission.  https://tarrantcountyccms.org/home/parents/eligibility/
