PDF: Crowley ISD 2022 STAAR Highlights
Students and schools across Crowley ISD continue to make significant academic gains as seen in the 2022 state accountability ratings from the Texas Education Agency (TEA).
These are the first ratings assigned to districts and campuses since before the COVID-19 pandemic, and the ratings are one of the many tools Crowley ISD uses to track student achievement and identify targeted areas for improvement.
District Rating: Crowley ISD has received an overall performance score of 85, or a B. This is a 15-point increase from the 2018 score of 70 and a 2-point increase from the 2019 score of 83.
Campus Ratings: All Crowley ISD campuses have met or exceeded state standards, with more campuses receiving A or B ratings than ever before.
Campuses Rated A: David L. Walker Elementary, Deer Creek Elementary, J.A. Hargrave Elementary, June W. Davis Elementary, Oakmont Elementary
Campuses Rated B: Bess Race Elementary, Dallas Park Elementary, Jackie Carden Elementary, Mary Harris Elementary, Meadowcreek Elementary, Parkway Elementary, S.H. Crowley Elementary, Sidney H. Poynter Elementary, Sue Crouch Elementary, Sycamore Elementary, Crowley High/Ninth Grade Campus, North Crowley High/Ninth Grade Campus
Campuses Rated C: Crowley Middle, H.F. Stevens Middle, Richard J. Allie Middle, Summer Creek Middle
Academic Distinctions: A total of 30 distinctions are being awarded to 13 campuses. Distinctions are awarded in key areas relative to other comparable campuses across the state. The number of distinctions awarded to Crowley ISD campuses has more than doubled since 2018.
