School Board Approves New Principals and Administrators
For Immediate Release

(May 29, 2015) – The Crowley ISD Board of Trustees has approved the assignments of new principals, assistant principals, and district administrators for the 2015-16 school year.

“These principals and administrators are outstanding leaders with experience and skills that will directly benefit the children of CISD,” said Superintendent Dan Powell. “Many of these individuals have been part of our CISD family for years and we have seen them accomplish great things in our schools. The administrators joining us from other districts are incredibly qualified and come highly-recommended. I am excited to work alongside each of these individuals as we serve our students, staff, and community.”

Principals

Rebekah Hunt – Principal at Sycamore Elementary School; currently an Assistant Principal at David L. Walker Intermediate School

Kristina Turner – Principal at Parkway Elementary School; currently the Principal at Mary Harris Intermediate School

Stephanie Davis – Principal at Sidney H. Poynter Elementary School; currently a Principal in Houston ISD

LaKisha Thomas – Principal at Mary Harris Intermediate School; currently an Assistant Principal at Parkway Elementary School

Rudy Mendoza – Principal at David L. Walker Intermediate School; currently a Principal at Texas Can Academies in Dallas

Joel Aguilar Villanueva – Principal at H.F. Stevens Middle School; currently a Principal in Dallas ISD

Omarian Brown – Principal at Crowley Middle School; currently the Principal at Crowley 9^th Grade Campus
