• Please arrive early for safety screening as gates will open 2 hours prior to graduation.
• Tickets will be distributed electronically.
• All guests two years of age and older will be required to have an e-ticket.
• Graduating seniors are not required to have an e-ticket.

Stadium Parking Information
Crowley ISD Multi-Purpose Stadium Parking Information
To help with the flow of traffic, we are asking that all friends and family members of our graduates to enter the stadium from Risinger Rd. on the north side of the property.
Shuttle buses and event staff will enter from Crowley Road, near the CISD Central Administration building, but that entrance will be closed to anyone else.
On-site parking will be limited, but each graduate will receive two parking passes. Overflow parking and shuttle buses will be available from David L. Walker Elementary School and H.F. Stevens Middle School. -
Clear Bag Policy
Crowley ISD Clear Bag Policy
To ensure your safety at all Crowley ISD extracurricular events, large bags or purses will not be allowed in the facility. Please note that all bags are subject to be searched. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after inspection at the entrance. Permitted bags include a one gallon clear plastic resealable bag, a clear tote bag not to exceed 12”x 12”x 6” or a small clutch bag 5.5” x 7.5”. -
Ceremony Expectations For Guests

• Seating in the main concourse area for guests is first come, first serve.
• Guests are not allowed in the graduate seating area before, during, or after the ceremony.
• Bottled water will be made available throughout the main concourse level and on the field.
• No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the stadium and there will be no concessions available.
• Refrain from prolonged applause and do not bring noisemakers such as air horns or bells.
• Please allow graduates and family members to hear individual names.
• Please do not leave after your graduate is introduced.
• After the ceremony has concluded, guests are asked to exit the Crowley ISD Multi-Purpose Stadium.
• Arrange with your graduate to meet after the ceremony in an agreed upon location in the parking lot. -
Ceremony Expectations For Graduates
• During the ceremony, please choose dignified, appropriate behavior.
• All graduates that wish to participate in the ceremony must attend the Mandatory Senior Meetings and sign the Graduation Guidelines form in Skyward.
• If a graduate does not wish to participate in the ceremony, they must email the campus graduation coordinator.
• If a graduate does not wish to participate in the ceremony, please arrange with their counselor a time for diploma retrieval after May 26-27.
• Graduates will be checked before reporting to their assigned seat on the field. Any prohibited items will be confiscated.
• Prohibited items include personal items such as sunglasses, purses, make-up, gifts, balloons, flowers, keys, food, drinks or any item that takes attention away from the graduation ceremony.
• Cell phones must be put away during the duration of the ceremony.
• Graduates will receive their diploma and take their portrait with CADY on the field.
• Graduates will exit the ceremony by following dismissal paths.
