Parking and Arrival Information
Parking Information
• Graduates and guests will park in Lot R.
• CISD staff will park in Lot A (CISD ID required) and enter through the West VIP entrance 90 minutes before the ceremony.
• Graduates will enter through the West VIP entrance 60 minutes before the ceremony and complete a security and health screening.
• Guests will enter through the Southwest Entry and pass through a security screening. Doors open 60 minutes before the ceremony.

Arrival Information
• Tickets are required at the graduate entrance only. Graduates will receive one graduate ticket with their designated seat number.
• Tickets will NOT be required for guests.
• Limited-sized bags are allowed in the stadium. No backpacks are allowed.
• No food or drink is permitted in the stadium except for clear, sealed bottle of water.
• Prohibited items include but not limited to noisemakers and balloons/confetti/streamers. -

Ceremony Expectations For Guests
• Seating in the main concourse area for guests is first come, first serve.
• Guests are not allowed in the graduate seating area before, during, or after the ceremony.
• Concessions are available on the main concourse level.
• Refrain from prolonged applause. Please allow graduates and family members to hear individual names.
• Please do not leave after your graduate is introduced.
• After the ceremony has concluded, guests are asked to immediately exit the building through the Southwest Entry.
• Guests are discouraged from congregating inside or outside Globe Life Field and surrounding areas (including the parking lots).
• Arrange with your graduate to meet after the ceremony in an agreed upon location in Lot R parking lot. -
Ceremony Expectations For Graduates
• During the ceremony, please choose dignified, appropriate behavior.
• All graduates that wish to participate in the ceremony must attend the Mandatory Graduation Webinar and sign the Graduation Guidelines form in Skyward.
• Students must retrieve their ticket at Senior Checkout. Refer to the senior newsletter for details about these requirements.
• If a graduate does not wish to participate in the ceremony, they must email the campus graduation coordinator.
• If a graduate does not wish to participate in the ceremony, please arrange with their counselor a time for diploma retrieval after May 22.
• Graduates will be checked before reporting to their assigned seat in the lower concourse. Any prohibited items will be confiscated.
• Prohibited items include personal items such as sunglasses, purses, make-up, gifts, balloons, flowers, keys, food, drinks or any item that takes attention away.
• Graduates will access their seats via the Third Base staircase in Section 104.
• ADA students will access their seats by taking the elevators near Section 102 (a designated CISD teacher will meet and usher these students throughout the ceremony).
• Cell phones must be put away during the duration of the ceremony.
• Graduates will receive their diploma and take their portrait with CADY after exiting the field.
• Graduates will exit the ceremony by following dismissal paths and immediately exiting the building.
