Join Crowley ISD on Saturday, April 9 at the Bill R. Johnson CTE Center for the 2022 Crowley ISD Journey Fair and Spring Family Festival. The journey fair will begin at 9 a.m. and will feature four events: the CISD Career Fair for teachers and paraprofessionals, Pre-K and Kindergarten registration for the 2022-23 school year, the SciSTEM Fair and the Listening Leaders Talk Show.
The Spring Family Festival is open to all Crowley ISD families and will run from 11 a.m. through 2 p.m. It will feature free food, live music, carnival games, face painting and much more.

Career Fair For Teachers and Paraprofessionals, 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Crowley ISD is hosting a career fair on Saturday, April 9 for only teachers and paraprofessionals. We are recruiting talented, compassionate teachers and paraprofessionals dedicated to helping all students achieve their full potential. Successful applicants for the 2022-23 school year will share a commitment to excellence in the classroom and a belief that great teaching is the key to unlocking student success.

You can get ahead of the crowd by completing an online teacher application and linking it to the 2022 Journey Fair Registration posting. This will give our campuses a chance to review your information before the event. You may also link your application to any campus-posted position that you are interested in for employment.

Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Crowley ISD offers free full-day and half-day Pre-K starting at 3 years old.
Face-To-Face Registration Event
Time: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Please be prepared to show the following documents to finalize the registration process:
• Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
• Student Social Security Card
• Immunization Records
• State Issued Photo ID of Enrolling Guardian
• Proof of Eligibility
• Proof of Residency
Free Pre-K Guidelines
To qualify for free Pre-Kindergarten services, students must meet one of the following federal guidelines:
• Unable to speak and understand the English language
• Eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program
• Homeless
• Has ever been in state foster care
• Child of a member of the United States Armed Forces (active, deceased or injured) or Military Reserve
• Child of a person eligible for the State of Texas Award
Affordable tuition options are available for families that do not qualify for free Pre-Kindergarten.

SciSTEM Fair, 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Bring the whole family out for a scientific day together! Science and STEM stations for all ages will be available, as well as final judging of SciSTEM projects. The Perot Museum ‘Tech Truck’ will host Battle Bots and “Superhero Science.”
Projects will be open to the public for viewing from 11 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Final awards will be announced following the public viewing at approximately 12:30 p.m. In addition to the fair and display of projects, CISD will be hosting interactive science and STEM activities.
Student Information
Please note that doors will open at 8:30 a.m. for students with closed judging taking place from 9-11 a.m. Students are required to be present for judging to be able to share their project and answer questions from the judges. -
Listening Leaders Talk Show, 12:30 - 2 p.m.
The Listening Leaders Talk Show will feature Crowley ISD students answering one simple question: What can we do better in Crowley ISD? We are inviting district, community and faith-based leaders to listen to our students with the goal of improving our service to them.
