The site will open on March 1, 2016 and close on April 1, 2016. Students must be registered and paid by this time. Registration should take about 5-10 minutes and the system is extremely user friendly. Upon the completion of registration, the student will be prompted to pay either by credit/debit card online or by mailing payment to Total Registration. No money will be accepted by either high school. Students desiring to pay by mail should mail their payment to Total Registration by March 24 to ensure payment is made prior to the deadline.

The easy-to-use instructions will ask for information and students on free/reduced lunch will be prompted to answer a question related to this subject. Students who answer “yes” to the question will continue to fill out the form, but will not be able to pay until Mr. Mundt/Mrs. Wilkinson verify that the student is indeed on free/reduced lunch. Once verified, the student will receive an email from Total Registration indicating that bill is ready to be paid.

 

Students receiving financial assistance for AP Qualifying Test (APQT) scores, AP Ambassadors or who are taking four or more exams will be prompted. Crowley ISD caps the amount paid by siblings living in the same household at $300. Students who answer “yes” to this question will be prompted to explain the reason for the request.
