Getting a healthy amount of food starts with knowing the right serving size. So what is in a serving of …
- Fruit? ½ cup or ½ of a large fruit (Get 3 servings each day.)
- Grains? 1 oz, 1 slice of bread or 1 cup of ready-to-eat cereal (Get 3 servings each day.)
