Crowley ISD employees and eligible dependents now have access to the employee health care clinics managed by Texas Health Physicians Group.

For a minimal, out-of-pocket fee of $10 per visit, eligible employees and their dependents will be able to visit the clinics for a wide variety of common "in-scope" clinical services, such as treating sinus infections or colds, among many other ailments. Eligible employees and their dependents can take advantage of this benefit, regardless of whether they elect to enroll in the district's insurance plan.

• $10 office fee: Includes sick visits, minor injury care, and care for ongoing conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes
• Same-day access: Same-day appointments are often available
• 24/7 access to your health information: Communicate with physicians, request prescription refills, see test results and review your medical history using a private, online member portal
• Referrals to specialists: Access to a robust specialty network

New patients who schedule online may be prompted to wait 24 hours for an appointment. For same-day scheduling, please call the clinic directly.
